General Information

WELLBEING

Good relations and student wellbeing are essential to our school. We are a community of people working and living together during the school day and we encourage all our young people to look out for each other and support each other in building success.

Please visit the PARENTS drop-down - Wellbeing - for further information.

SCHOOL UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT

Part of being ‘ready to learn’ is ensuring you are dressed correctly and have the correct equipment for the lessons you are taking part in for the day.

All Items available from School Uniform Shop at Ross Labels (or online) and from Trutex Direct (LEA code: 00275SD). The full list of school uniform and prices can be found on the PARENTS drop-down - School Uniform.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES - GETTING INVOLVED

At the end of the school teaching day, curriculum areas of the school offer a number of Extra Curricular Activities including drama, sports, coding, cooking and many more. These activities take place in school and run from 15.00 - 16.30. There is no additional cost and the majority of activities are led by members of school staff. A full list of available activities will be provided in September.

Throughout your time at MCS you will also have the opportunity to take part in a variety of trips and visits.
